It is necessary to notify us at least two business days in advance of the date the final reading is needed.
Both owners must inform us of the transfer of ownership. The new owner is required to establish responsibility for the account on or before the closing date. Failure to submit appropriate information may cause termination of services at the property.
Failure to notify us with the information regarding the transfer of ownership, tenant or vacancy status will not relieve your responsibility for payment or charges incurred. The information required includes the forwarding address for the final bill, date to read the meter, and new ownership or occupancy status.
